Term Made Simple (Non-Medical Exam)
To kick off the list of available American Amicable life insurance products we start with their simplified issued non-medical term insurance better known as Term Made Simple. This life insurance holds true to its name as it really is designed to be simple for the person applying for life insurance coverage.
One of the greatest benefits of applying for American Amicable’s term life insurance is that you’re not required to take a medical exam. This means that you will not be required to meet with an examiner or even have to do a blood draw or provide a urinalysis sample to apply.
American Amicable has even made their entire application process simple by utilizing a short-form application combined with a telephone interview consisting of general underwriting questions.
Underwriting can be rather quick depending on the individual applying. In order to provide quick approval times, American Amicable will use advance underwriting tools and services.
These underwriting methods include a check of your Medical Information Bureau (MIB) and as well as Pharmaceutical Database Check. Depending on the results of the reports there could be the possibility of needing medical records as well as an exam is called for.
Coverage amounts start at $50,000 and range to $400,000 with available term lengths of 10, 15, 20 or 30 years. Term Made Simple is also renewable up to age 95.
Each term life insurance policy comes with a conversion option that allows for either all or a portion of the death benefit to be switched to permanent life insurance.
The conversion option is guaranteed approval and you will not be required to show any evidence of insurability to qualify. Conversions must be done no later than age 75.
